Common Questions About Penis Stretching Exercises

This post will be very similar the "Common Questions About Jelqing" post I made earlier. The goal here is to tackle your questions about penis stretching. 

I want to give answers based on my experience and research so you have the utmost of knowledge moving forward. Also, I do not want you to fuck yourself up either.

It is best you read those articles along this post before you get started. This will make sure all potential questions are cleared up. 

On we go with the questions....

How Much Pressure Should I Use To Stretch My Dick?

Basically this question means...how hard you should pull on your dick? When you are starting out, take things very slow. Pull just enough to feel a stretch in your penis ligaments. 

As your penis becomes more conditioned and flexible, you will be able to pull a bit harder. In the beginning, it is all about getting comfortable and used the stretching exercises. Then gradually build your way up the resistance chain. 

At no point should you feel any pain though. There should be no acute pain or discomfort. If there is, you are probably overdoing it and/or you are not properly warmed up for the exercise.

If that is the case, you will need to stop and take time off PE and stretching until the pain goes away. If the pain persists, you will need to see a doctor. 

Ideally, you want to stretch to the point right before you feel an acute pain or at maximum range of motion. Just as you would a regular stretch.     

Can I Stretch And Jelq During The Same Workout?

Yes. We encourage you too. This is will speed up your results and enhance your gains. 

Should I Stretch Before Or After I Jelq?

Does not matter. I prefer to stretch after my jelqing routine. I can easily lower the blood flow to my penis and get started stretching.

Because of the jelqing though you have extra in your penis promoting length and recovery. Just make sure your dick is dry of all lubricants so you have no issues pulling on and stretching it. 

Does It Matter What Types Of Stretches I Do?

This is not as important as making sure you are stretching you dick from all angles. The penis needs to be stretched from all different angles consistently for proper growth. 

If I Use An Extender, Should I Still Stretch Manually? 

It is not necessary to make good gains but it can only help. Manually stretching allows to stretch other parts of the penis that are not worked with the extender.  

Give it try because there is a good chance you can improve your gains even more by manually stretching. 

How Long Will It Take To See Results?

If you combine this with jelqing (this is what I did), there is no reason why you cannot see noticeable gains in 4 to 8 weeks. Probably more like six weeks. It might be shorter if you use Bathmate and a penis extender device for your dick. 

How Long Should I Stretch For? How Many Sets?

When you are first starting out, do your stretching routines for 3 sets. Hold each stretch for 30 to 45 seconds and then let your dick rest for 15 seconds or so.

Once you are more experienced you can hold it longer. Some experienced PE dudes hold their stretches for 5 minutes at a time.

Do not do this when you first out though. Take it slow and stretch for 30 seconds. 

Are Off Days Necessary? Does It Take Long To Recover?

For complete newbies, it might take a day or so to recover from each workout. For those who are more experienced with this stuff, recovery is much faster. 

The more experience and gains you have, the faster you will be able to recover. Your dick will not be sore like your muscles would after a gym session.

Therefore, you need to have planned rest days. If you feel a little bit of soreness/discomfort or cannot achieve a full erection then take a day off and recover. See how you feel the next day. 

How Old Should I Be When I Start These Stretches?

I recommend you start when you are 18 years old. Just make sure you are fully done with puberty and your dick will not grow anymore on its own. 

There are those who have started earlier and seen good gains. However, we do not recommend it for everyone. Someone at a young age can react differently to stretching than someone else. 

Does Being Fat Affect Length Gains? 

Kind of. When you have excess body fat. Some of your dick is hidden behind a fat patch. Hence when you lose body fat it allows for more of your dick to visible.  

Is It Bad If I Jerk Off Before Or After Stretching?

Jerking off is fine as long as you do not cum and shrivel up afterward (edging). We will have a full guide on "edging" soon.

Once you climax from masturbation, all the blood leaves your dick and your testosterone levels drop. That is not good for PE exercises at all, let alone the penis stretching. 

Try not to jerk off if you cannot hold back from jizzing on yourself. If you can, then you will be fine. 

What If I Am In My 20s? Can I Still Make PE Gains?

Of course. I did not start penis enlargement exercises until I was 23 years old. I did not start penis stretching until I was 24 years old.

I have made a great gains. Do not worry about being too old for PE if you are in your 20s. Just get started. 

​What The Cons To Manuel Penis Stretching?

​-The biggest knock on is that it is tedious. It is boring to do and feels like a struggle. The easiest way to combat this is find ways to entertain yourself. Listen to music or watch television while stretching. It is that simple. 

- Results take a couple (3 to 6) weeks to see. There is not much you can do about this. The best thing you can do is make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and consistently. You will see gains the quickest this way. 

- The risk of injury is real. Progress with the stretches slowly. Take rest days and recover if you need to. Make sure you do the exercises correctly as well.  

How Do I Keep My Dick From Shriveling Up After PE exercises?

There are a couple ways you can do this but I am only going to explain the two most popular ways. 

The free version is the ACE bandage technique. This is to wrap your dick up in ACE bandages right after you have stretched and while your dick is still extended. This will keep your dick lengthened for an extended amount of time.  

The not so free version is use a penis extender device. These also keep your dick extended for long periods of time. They are more effective than using the ACE bandage technique.  

After I Reach My Desired Gains, Can I Stop PE? Or Will My Penis Shrink Back?

This purely depends on how long you have been doing PE exercises. If you have been doing it for 4 months or less then you will lose almost all your of your gains.

If you have been doing PE for 6 to 10 months consistently then you will lose about 50% of your gains.

If you have been going hard will with PE for like a 12 to 24 months or more with PE then you will lose only 10% to 20% of your gains. 

An easy way to keep your gains though is jelq for like 5 to 10 minutes and stretch for 5 to 10 minutes like 2 to 3 times a week.

You could also just use Bathmate and a penis extender device once week and you would be good to go. You can maintain your gains with little effort and maintenance. 

What If I Feel Pain Or Discomfort While Doing Penis Stretching? 

STOP IMMEDIATELY. You should not feel any acute pain or discomfort before, during, or after penis stretching. If you feel pain then take the day off PE exercises. 

If the pain persists, then you will have to see a Doctor and seek medical treatment. 

Will I Need To Change Up My Routine After Awhile To Maintain Gains?

No. Not really. You will just need to either add volume and pressure or add devices such as Bath Mate or Penis Extender.

This is necessary to keepp seeing gains. Your penis will adjust and you will need to slowly increase work done in order to keep seeing gains. But the overall routine stays the same for the most part. 

Can You Make Gains From Doing Stretching Alone?

Yes. You can. I explained that earlier in this post. It will just take longer for you to see length and girth gains.

You will speed up your results doing stretching exercises along with jelqing, Bath Mate, and using a dick extender. 

What Should My Erection Level Be With Stretching Vs. Jelqing? 

You want to have 10% to 20% erection level while penis stretching. This is different from jelqing. When jelqing, you want a 50% to 80% erection level. 

This is because you are pushing blood through the penis. Having an erection is an easy way to send blood to the penis. 

As opposed to stretching, we do not want much blood flowing through the penis. Having a blood in the penis makes it harder to stretch.
