What Can I Expect To Gain?

With using all the penis enlargement tools we have talked about on this website, it is very feasible to add 1.5 to 2 inches in length and an inch in girth within 10 to 16 months. 

It is very possible to make gains of an inch in length and 0.5 inches in girth in your first 12 weeks.

    Week 4 - 500 jelqs/15 mins, 2 to 3 secs/jelq
    Week 5 - 600 jelqs/15 to 17 mins, 2 to 3 secs/jelq
    Week 6 - 700 jelqs, 18 to 20 mins, 2 to 3 secs/jelq
    Week 7 - 800 jelqs, 20 to 22 mins, 2 to 3 secs/jelq
    Week 8 - 900 jelqs, 22 to 24 mins, 2 to 3 secs/jelq
    Week 9 - 1000 jelqs, 24 to 26 mins, 2 to 3 secs/jelq
    Week 10 - 1100 jelqs. 26 to 28 mins, 2 to 3 secs/jelq
    Week 11 - 1200 jelqs, 28 to 30 mins, 2 to 3 secs/jelq
    Week 12 - Same as week 11

    Make sure to take a small break (30 seconds to a minute) every 200 to 300 jelqs. Check out our Common Questions Guide and Jelqing Demonstration Videos to learn more about jelqing properly.  
  3. Manuel Stretching - Now we will stretch our dicks manually to improve the length. Follow this part of the routine below:
  4. Outward Stretches

    1) Pull your dick straight out in front of you and hold for 30 seconds. 
    2) Pull your dick straight out and to the right side to the 3 o'clock position and hold for 30 seconds.
    3) Pull your dick straight out and to the left side to the 9 o'clock position and hold for 30 seconds.
    4) Rotating stretches for blood flow.
    5) Repeat for 4 sets. 

    Upward Stretches

    1) Pull your dick out and straight up. Basically, pull your dick up and out for 30 seconds.
    2) Pull your dick straight up and to the right at the 2 o'clock position. Hold this position for 30 seconds.
    3) Pull your dick out and straight up and to the left at the 10 o'clock position for 30 seconds.  
    4) Rotating Stretches for blood flow.
    5) Repeat this routine for 4 sets.  

    Downward Stretches

    1) Pull your dick out and down to the 6 o'clock position for 30 seconds.
    2) Pull your dick out and down to the right in the 7 o'clock position for 30 seconds.
    3) Pull your dick out and down to the left in the 5 o'clock position for 30 seconds. 
    4) Rotating stretches for blood flow.
    5) Repeat for 4 sets.

    Behind The Leg Stretches

    1) Stand up. Put your leg up on a chair. Pull your penis under your legs (thigh area) and behind your butt cheeks. Hold for 30 seconds. 
    2) Stand up. Put your leg up on a chair. Pull your penis under your legs (thigh area) backwards and to the left. Behind your left butt cheek. Hold for 30 seconds.
    3) Stand up. Put your leg up on a chair. Pull your penis under your legs (thigh area) backwards and to the right. Behind your right butt cheek. Hold for 30 seconds.
    4) Rotating Stretches for blood flow
    5) Repeat for 4 sets.

    Add 10 seconds to each stretch every two weeks. Some people add 10 seconds after every week to move a little faster. The pace is up to you.

    4. Bathmate HydroPump - You would be fine with what we mentioned above. To make good gains all you really need are a combination of jelqing and stretching

    However, if you want to maximize your girth and length gains then you will want to add Bathmate and SizeGenetics devices to your arsenal. They work and they enhance results. 

    Many people love these devices. Especially Bathmate because of the immediate gains. You are best served using these devices in combination with the manual exercise routine I mentioned above.  

    We will start with Bathmate first. Do not use Bathmate on a full boner after the first month. Use it on a flaccid dick for the first week. For the next three weeks use on a 50 to 60% boner.

    I suggest you break up your routine into two parts. First part manual exercises and the second part is Bathmate. You can do manual exercises in the morning and Bathmate in the evening.

    Or manual exercises on one day and Bathmate on the next. This is you want to move slower with your routine. For this routine though, we use the former example. Here is a routine you can use in combination with the exercises above.

    Week 2 - Warm Up, Jelqing, Stretching, Bathmate (6-8 minutes on 50%-60% boner)
    Week 3 - Warm up, Jelqing, Stretching, Bathmate (8-10 minutes on 50%-60% boner)
    Week 4 - Warm up, Jelqing, Stretching, Bathmate (10-12 minutes on 50%-60% boner)
    Week 5 - Warm up, Jelqing, Stretching, Bathmate (12-14 minutes on full boner)
    Week 6 - Warm up, Jelqing, Stretching, Bathmate (15 minutes on full boner)
    Week 7 - Warm up, Jelqing, Stretching, Bathmate (16-18 minutes on full boner)
    Week 8 - Warm up, Jelqing, Stretching, Bathmate (18-20 minutes on full boner)
    Week 9 - Warm up, Jelqing, Stretching, Bathmate (20 minutes on full boner)
    Week 10 - Warm up, Jelqing, Stretching, Bathmate (21-23 minutes on full boner)
    Week 11 - Warm Up, Jelqing, Stretching, Bathmate (23-25 minutes on full boner)
    Week 12 - Warm Up, Jelqing, Stretching, Bathmate (25 minutes on full boner)

    5. SizeGenetics - You can follow our SizeGenetics only routine here. Will modify it though for the purposes of this routine. 

    Week 1 - Wear extender on lowest tension for 1 hours. For 2 thirty intervals. Take 1 minute breaks to restore blood flow. 
    Week 2 - Wear extender on lowest tension for 2 hours. For 4 thirty intervals. Take 1 minute breaks to restore blood flow.
    Week 3 - Wear extender on moderate tension for 3 hours. For 3 one hour intervals. Take 1 breaks to restore blood flow.
    Week 4 - Wear extender on moderate tension for 4 hours. For 4 one hour intervals. Take 1 breaks to restore blood flow.
    Week 5 - Wear extender on moderate tension for 5 hours. For 5 one hour intervals. Take 1 breaks to restore blood flow.
    Week 6 - Wear extender on moderate tension for 6 hours. For 4 one hour and a half intervals. Take 1 breaks to restore blood flow.
    Week 7 - Wear extender on moderate tension for 7 hours. For 4 one hour and a half intervals and one hour interval. Take 1 breaks to restore blood flow.
    Week 8 - Wear extender on moderate tension for 8 hours. For 4 two hour intervals. Take 1 breaks to restore blood flow.
    Week 9 - Wear extender on moderate tension for 8 hours. For 4 two hour intervals. Take 1 breaks to restore blood flow.
    Week 10 - Same as Week 9
    Week 11 - Same as Week 9
    Week 12 - Same as Week 9

    Make sure to take the designated breaks. This is to restore blood flow and send nutrients to your penis.  During the break, you can do rotating stretches or achieve a full or partial boner. 

    Do not wear extender for the first month on off days. After that, you can wear them for 2 hours or so on one of your off days. Do nothing related to male enhancement on the other off day.  

    Conclusion

    For the first month, do these exercises with two days on and then one off for the first three days. For the next four days, two days on and two days off. 

    After that, you can go 2 days and one day off always. Do not do anything on your off days. No manual exercises or Bathmate. You can do edging exercises using Fleshlight.  

    After 6 to 8 weeks (depending on how comfortable you feel with your training), you can use your SizeGenetics Extender for 2 to 3 hours on one off day a week. 

    This is a good routine to start out with. This is a well rounded approach to penis enlargement. It might seem like a lot but once you get rolling and seeing results then you will want to do it more. Just stay consistent and determined.
