What Are The Best Supplements?
The most common question I get about supplements is…”What supplements are best for muscle gains? This post will be about building the foundation of your supplement program for the best results. Essentially, we will be talking about how build simple supplement stacks. I will attempt to explain how supplements stacks not only help you meet your goals but simplify you life as a whole when it comes to nutrition.
By now you have clearly defined goals and a well-researched plan (exercise routine, eating plan, lifestyle adjustments, etc.) to achieve the success you are looking for. Everything is in place for to document your progress and hold yourself accountable for that progress. Most importantly, is that you are executing your plan and have started hitting the gym. You are pressing, squating, deadlifting, rowing, and curling your way the body of a Greek God. You are calculated with your diet to make sure body fat gains are minimal and lean mass building maximized. You are developing the discipline and work ethic required to succeed and you accept nothing but the best.
Without these key parts of the process, no amount of supplements in the world will help you achieve your goals. What Are Supplements?
Before we get into the nitty gritty of nutritional supplement information, let us define the word. Supplements are supposed to complement an already a nutritional diet and hard work in the gym (or what ever form of exercise you choose). They are not a substitute for a well-balanced eating plan or exercise. There is no supplement in the world that will help you transform your body into the movie star physique you have always wanted if you do not eat and/or train correctly and adopt a healthy lifestyle. So do not walk into GNC or Vitamin Shoppe and buy hundreds of dollars worth of products without at least having the intention of changing your lifestyle first.
Supplements have a place in just about everyone’s routine. The right supplements will assist you if are unable to digest the required amount of nutrients to build muscle from whole food sources. Also, if gains have slowed, stopped, or even regressed than the right supplements can give you that edge to blast through plateaus. The right supplements give you an edge in fat loss and muscle building efforts.
Simple Supplement Stacks
I use the phrase “right supplements”, in the previous section, because there are more supplements on the market that do not work than one that do. Plus when right combination of supplements are used together, your results will be amplified. These combination of supplements are called “stacks”. A supplement stack is a collection of more than one body supplements designed to collectively function to produce the desired goal (gaining muscle, losing weight, etc.) for your body.
Supplements are normally made for different body types and goals. The kind of supplement stack to use all depends firstly on what kind of body you crave for and secondly on your body type. Supplement stacks are designed to achieve different and specific purposes. Building a supplement stack for gaining lean muscle mass is going to be a bit different than preparing a supplement stack to lose weight. It is highly important that you first set your fitness goals since they will guide you when it comes to choosing a simple supplement stack, like we explained earlier. The right supplement stack should have proteins, minerals, vitamins and all other essential nutrients at the correct proportions appropriate for your body type and goal. Why You Need Them?
Supplement stacks amplify to your gains with nutrients that supply your body with energy and muscle healing that enables your muscles to withstand more repetitive work outs and recover faster. At the same time, they also add simplicity to the process of achieving your fitness because you have three to five essential nutritional products that you can use whenever you like. The conveniences of supplements bring to the table are damn near unbeatable.
